Terms of trade

These terms apply to orders placed through this website by approved trade customers of Sofcool Limited, trading as Celtic Ore Crafts ("we", "us").

Trade only

This website is for businesses buying goods for resale. We review every application for a trade account and may decline an application or close an account.

Prices

Prices are trade prices in euro and exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable rate on our invoice. Prices can change. The price that applies is the one shown when you submit your order, unless we tell you otherwise when we confirm it.

Orders

Submitting an order through the website is an offer to buy. A contract is made when we confirm your order. Before confirming we may contact you about quantities, substitutions or items that are out of stock.

Back orders

You can order items that are out of stock. They are marked as back orders on your order, and we send them as soon as they arrive.

Minimum order

The minimum order value, excluding VAT, is €200 for customers in Ireland, €250 elsewhere in Europe and €300 outside Europe.

Payment

Orders are placed on your trade account and paid on the terms agreed for that account.

Delivery

Delivery arrangements, and any delivery charge, are confirmed with your order.

Damaged or faulty goods

If goods arrive damaged or faulty, tell us promptly, with your order number and photographs, and we will agree a replacement, credit or return with you.

Product information

Photographs and on-screen colours are a guide. Descriptions, sizes and compositions are given in good faith; if you need a specification confirmed before you order, ask us.
